How long does it take to get up and running?
Most fleets are live within a week. Hardware ships within 2 business days, the RZ1 installs in about 15 minutes per vehicle and auto-calibrates, and your team gets a guided platform walkthrough on day one.
What makes the RZ1 different from a normal dash cam?
A normal dash cam just records. The RZ1 is an all-in-one device: it combines telematics (GPS, engine diagnostics over OBD-II and J1939), dual-channel HD video, and on-device edge AI in a single unit — so engine data, location, and safety events are linked to the matching video clip automatically.
Can I add more cameras for full coverage?
Yes. The RZ41 AI vision hub pairs with the RZ1 and supports up to eight AHD/CVBS cameras — covering road, cabin, sides, and rear — with up to 2TB of local storage and on-device AI. It's a plug-and-play USB + power install.
Is the in-cab camera a privacy concern for drivers?
The cabin-facing lens rotates and locks independently, so it can be physically disabled during installation if your policy or union agreement calls for a road-only setup. Coaching still works from road-facing ADAS and telematics events.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
No. EazyFleets is a complete platform on its own, but if you'd rather consolidate, we make the switch painless. If you want to layer us on top of what you have, we do that too.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per-vehicle, per-month and depends on which capabilities you turn on (video safety, telematics, maintenance, or all of it). We'll quote your fleet during your demo — no surprises later, and no long-term contracts.
